Men of Faith (All men are welcome)

Our desire is for men to become strong disciples of Jesus Christ and answer the call to be the spiritual leaders at home, church, in the community, and in the work place. We want to provide a community where men can come together to pray, read God's Word, and journey through life's struggles and celebrations together.

The vehicles we will provide for this endeavor are weekly gatherings, occasional sporting and social events, and community activities that provide opportunities to practice leadership skills. There will also be yearly breakfasts or lunches and/or an annual retreat.

                    Purpose:

Purpose: The purpose of MROLEC Men’s Ministry is to prepare the men to build the Kingdom of God and bring glory to His name through apostolic teaching and prophetic revelation.

The men of MROLEC Men’s ministry connect to God, His Word, and other men for the purpose of winning, growing, and training God’s men in Christ, support the vision of the Bishop and the house and encourage other men to do the same. The objective is to encourage each man to participate and actively pursue God and in so doing uncover their God given potential and gifting for their family, church and community.

MROLEC Men’s Ministry meets twice a month at the church.

During the Men’s Meeting, Bishop (or an invited guest speaker) shares with the men in the house, encouraging and equipping them to support and carry out the vision of the house and also help the men find their place in God.

The Men’s Ministry is also available whenever there is a need for men’s help in the church.

The Men’s Ministry organizes social events for the purpose of fellowship other than during church meetings such as: sporting events, fishing trips, etc.

As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another. (Proverbs 27:17)

It's not easy being a man in a culture that isn't sure what manliness is. Have you ever considered how it got so crazy? Maybe we've been trying to live life on the wrong terms.

Maybe it's time to do it on His terms.

That's why the Redeemed Church Men's Ministry exists. We work to equip men with the tools they need to find peace and purpose in their roles as leaders, husbands, fathers and friends. We want to help men learn how to balance work and family life, build stronger marriages, become better fathers, grow spiritually and enjoy Christian fellowship. Whether it's at the Men's Monday Night Bible Study or the Manly Scramble Golf Tournament, men can find friendship, challenge and encouragement through the Men's Ministry.

Marriage Mentoring at Redeemed Church

The purpose of Marriage Mentoring is to build and restore marriages to Christ centered oneness.

The vision for Marriage Mentoring at Redeemed Church is to lovingly invest in the preparation, enrichment, and restoration of life-long Christ-centered marriages, by walking along side couples who are less experienced than their mentors and providing encouragement and challenges from the written Word of God.

Mentors are asked to submit to a screening process in order to qualify to become Marriage Mentors. This is to provide mentees with solid, Christ-centered marriages, who are excited and committed to growing strong marriages.

The three areas (or tracks) couples may fall under to either mentor
or be mentored are:

  • Preparing track (engaged couples/newlyweds)
  • Enriching track (couples wanting to go from good to great)
  • Repairing track (couples in conflict or life transitions)

To begin the screen process to become a Marriage Mentor or to be mentored, please fill out the form and submit it to Pastot Mugisha Richard  (see form).

Engaged couples are required to complete a marriage mentor program beginning six months prior to marriage, moving into six months following the wedding. Mentees who are married and fall into other categories are in the mentoring relationship based on desire and need. Couples will be prayerfully paired and matched according to common interests, occupations, available time and/or life experiences.
