Summary:

Words are powerful. As a Christian, you have authority in your mouth. You are the establishing witness who settles on earth what God has already settled in heaven. By getting in agreement
with His Word, rather than the bad reports of the world, you will see
the promises of God become a reality in your life.

1. You are the establishing witness who is responsible for establishing the Word of God in your life (2 Corinthians 13:1).
   1. Your words are powerful.
   2. Your words establish God's Word in your life.
   3. Satan wants to try and get you to respond to his suggestions by speaking wrong words, so that he can establish his plan in your life.
      1. Sickness is established in your life when you "sign for the package" by speaking negative words that disagree with God's promise of healing or by
         agreeing with the doctor's bad report.
   4. When two or three people agree on something, it is established.
      1. Agreement will either establish a positive or negative outcome in your life.
      2. Don't agree with the world's words, and don't get others to agree with what you don't want to happen in your life. For example, if you feel sickness
         trying to attack your body, don't "publish" how bad you feel to others.
         Doing this will only give others the opportunity to start speaking the
         wrong things over your situation.
   5. Discover the power of agreement, and find people to agree with you where God's words are concerned.
      
      
2. God's Word is already settled in heaven (Psalm 119:89).
   1. The way you establish God's Word on earth is by speaking His Word.
      1. Your authority is to speak what has already been settled in heaven—healing, deliverance, peace, etc.
      2. You are a citizen and ambassador of heaven on earth; you have all the rights of heaven on earth and do not have to operate by the world's
         system.
   2. God has anointed us to establish His will on earth.
   3. The power of God is increased in the mouths of Believers.
      1. Our ability is in our mouths.
      2. The Christian's power is in his love and ability to speak love-based words.
      3. It will take discipline and labor to consistently speak right words.
      4. Declare that your mouth serves the kingdom of God and not the kingdom of darkness.
         
         
3. In the last days, men's hearts will fail them because of fear, but Christians can operate above the world system (Luke 21:25-26, 28).
   1. The world is programmed toward the negative.
   2. Fear is contaminated faith.
   3. The world is establishing bad reports in the earth but Christians are to establish God's Word.
      1. Word people will know what to do when crises hit.
   4. Satan needs your words in order to get his plan into operation.
   5. Don't establish what is unscriptural.
      1. Judge all things only by what the Word of God says.
