Summary:

While giving and working are essential to experiencing “kingdom prosperity,” these actions alone don’t guarantee success. You must tap into the wisdom of God for true, creative
thinking. Your practical use of this wisdom will produce positive
results that will command the world’s attention and respect—a true
testimony to the value of God’s kingdom.

  1. God wants you to enjoy kingdom prosperity.
    1. There are seven actions required to experience kingdom prosperity: giving, working, thinking, trusting, waiting, talking and thanking.

    2. Mere giving alone is not enough for you to experience kingdom prosperity; it only connects you to, or makes available to you, God’s blessing.

    3. Although it is necessary to work, it is not sufficient enough for you to experience kingdom prosperity; it only provides you with a channel
through which the blessing can flow.
      1. Creative work guarantees productivity, which guarantees wealth.
  2. Wealth is the offspring of wisdom (Proverbs 3:13-16, AMP).
    1. You must never become so “overly spiritual” that you neglect the natural aspects of prospering in the things of God; that’s where the third
action of kingdom prosperity comes in—thinking.

    2. Thinking is “the ability to coordinate thoughts productively for increased output.”

    3. Reasoning makes you rich.

    4. You must be sound, or highly productive, in your thinking (Ephesians 1:17-18, AMP).
      1. Think to create something productive that will make living great.
    5. Wise work begets wealth.
      1. Example: A man who is laboring without seeing results will grow weary of the work; eventually, he’ll quit working. He knows what to do but doesn’t know how to do it—he lacks direction (Ecclesiastes 10:15).

      2. Knowing what to do without knowing how to do something creates a problem.

      3. The wisdom of knowing how to do a thing is what guarantees results.

      4. Work smarter, not just harder.
    6. Abundance is deposited within you and must be drawn out.

    7. All of the wealth in the universe came as a result of wisdom (Psalm 104:24).
  3. Wisdom gives mankind supernatural ability (Job 28:9-12).
    1. Wisdom helps you to create things and reveals hidden treasure to you.

    2. You have the ability (wisdom) to make a difference in the world (1 Corinthians 1:29-30).

    3. To prosper, you must “count the cost.” Set aside time to generate, create and analyze ideas.

    4. Don’t move too quickly or prematurely.

    5. Be willing to meet with others who are doing something similar to what you desire to do so that you can learn from them. God will enlighten you
with creative thoughts of your own.

    6. Quiet your mind and spirit so you can hear from God (Isaiah 30:7, 15, 21).
      1. He wants to direct your way through life (Proverbs 3:6).

      2. Don’t ever say, “There’s no way out.”

      3. Avoid stressing yourself out; instead, convince yourself that the answer lies within you (2 Corinthians 1:9).
        1. Example: The answer to the widow’s dilemmas in 2 Kings 4:1-37 was found in her house.

  4. Engage wisdom.
    1. Just as a car’s gears must be engaged to drive it, you must engage God’s Word for it to benefit your life.

    2. Don’t associate with pessimistic “buzzards;” instead, associate with dreamers.

    3. Creative thinking brought Joseph out of slavery; it will deliver you out of bondage to lack, debt, sickness and any other aspect of the curse.
      1. Every throne is created by wisdom; the throne of your life must be created.

      2. Creative wisdom is the principal thing needed to create what does not yet exist (Proverbs 4:7).
    4. You have the mind of Christ and possess the thoughts of God’s heart (1 Corinthians 3:16, AMP).
      1. You possess the wisdom that God used to create all things, including the Devil (John 1:3).

      2. Declare the following statement every day: “I operate in wisdom today!”

      3. You can think, speak and act like God.
    5. Wisdom is an anointing—the power of God that removes burdens and destroys yokes (1 Corinthians 1:24).

    6. New thoughts can produce new things; therefore, command the world’s attention and respect through creative thinking.

    7. Don’t take the credit for the wisdom that God gives you.

    8. Be courageous and live sin free so that you can step out on what God reveals to you.
