Summary:

When we honor God, we receive His blessing. Throughout the Bible, we see the recurrence of a prophetic Word from God for the last days—the wealth of

the wicked will be transferred to the just. However, as God’s people,
we must learn the significance of honoring Him and remaining steadfast
in His Word, in order to experience this prophetic breakthrough in our
lives.

A. “For them that honour me I will honour; and they that despise me shall be lightly esteemed” (1 Samuel 2:30).

1. We honor someone by allowing his or her words to carry weight in our lives; they significantly influence our decisions.

a. We honor God by obeying His Word.

2. Our eagerness to honor God releases His blessing in our lives, not just the mere act of obedience.

a. For example, God commanded us to honor our parents; we willingly do so because of our honor for God (Ephesians 6:2).

b. We give tithes and offerings because we honor God’s Word, not out of obligation (Proverbs 3:9, 10).

B. Our honor and obedience to God is becoming more and more crucial in these last days. Satan wants to keep us contained.

1. Satan is attempting to keep us from obtaining wealth. He knows when the Body of Christ obtains wealth, the kingdom of darkness will suffer greatly.

a. However, the prophetic Word of God cannot be stopped; the wealth transfer is rapidly coming to pass.

b. The wealth of the wicked is being stored up for Believers (Proverbs 28:8, AMP, Proverbs 13:22, AMP Ecclesiastes 2:26, Isaiah 45:2-3, Psalm 73:3, 17, James 5:1-3, AMP, Isaiah 60:1-5).

C. To receive breakthrough in our lives, we must continue in the truth we know (John 8:31, 32).

1. A big misconception among Believers is: the truth will set us free.

a. However, in John 8:31, we see that Jesus first told us to continue in the truth, and then we will know the truth, and it will set us free.

b. To receive total breakthrough, we must refuse to be moved by our natural, temporary circumstances, and continue to stay in the Word.
