Each of us has been equipped with the ability to accomplish God’s will for our lives. The anointing, which is the power of God, is a supernatural enabler.

A. There are mysteries God only reveals to those who love Him (1 Corinthians 2:9, 10, AMP).

1. When we walk in love, the Holy Spirit will reveal mysteries to us.

a. Love and the anointing of God are linked; both come from the Holy Spirit.

b. The Holy Spirit poured the love of God in our hearts when we became born-again.

c. Once the Holy Spirit reveals God’s plan to you, He equips you to carry it out. Nothing can stop you when you are committed to walking in love
and fulfilling God’s will for your life.

B. The Lord anointed Saul to rule over Israel. As a result of the anointing, what belonged to Saul was restored to him (1 Samuel 10:1-3, AMP).

1. Supernatural restoration is evidence of the anointing being upon our lives. The anointing also causes us to make progress.

a. Everyone has a calling; however, we must seek God to discover it.

b. It is important that we discover our race in life; whatever God has called us to do, He will give us an anointing to accomplish.

c. We must renew our minds with the Word of God and pray.

d. When we discover our specific calling, we locate the will of God for our lives.
