Summary:

God wants you to know the plan He has mapped out for your life. He has given you His Holy Spirit to guide you to your divine destination. The only way to be sure of God's plan is through
constant fellowship with Him. By obtaining knowledge of His ways, by
reading His Word and by fellowshipping with the Holy Spirit, you will
discover the plan of God for your life.

  1. God has specific plans for your life (Jeremiah 29:11).
    1. There is a specific path that God has already planned for your life.
      1. It is your job to discover that plan.
    2. God wants to make His plans known to you.
      1. God's thoughts toward you and His plans for your life are for good and not evil.
      2. God's plan will always lead you to the good life.
      3. God is concerned about your welfare and your peace of mind.

  2. There are certain mysteries and plans that have yet to be revealed (Ephesians 3:2-7).
    1. When you commune with the Holy Spirit, He will reveal the secrets or mysteries of God to you.
    2. Revelation knowledge is revealed knowledge.
    3. Revelation knowledge will always line up with the Word of God.
      1. The Holy Spirit will reveal secrets when you spend a considerable amount of time with Him.
      2. God's sheep know His voice.
        1. Like a parent knows the voice of his or her child, we as children of God, will know His voice when we spend time fellowshipping with Him daily.
      3. When your thoughts line up with the Word of God, you will have great results in life.
    4. God will guide you on your path by giving you enlightenment or insight.

  3. You are God's workmanship and He has predestined you to do good works (Ephesians 2:10).
    1. God planned your life ahead of time.
    2. It is up to you to make sure you locate the path for your life.
    3. Acknowledge the presence of the Holy Spirit at all times and He will reveal the mystery of God's plan for your life.
    4. Don't be slow to act when the Holy Spirit speaks to you. His words are designed to direct you on God's path for your life.
      1. When the Holy Spirit speaks to you, it can be described as a still, small voice.
      2. When the Holy Spirit speaks, you will know that it is God directing you.
      3. The spirit of God is usually your first instinct. It is when your conscience tugs on you to do a certain thing or when something is revealed to you that you would not have otherwise
        discovered with your natural ability.

  4. Your continued awareness of the Spirit of God will empower you as you go through life (1 Corinthians 2:9-13).
    1. God gave you His spirit so that you can know Him better.
    2. God requires you to be a good steward, or manager, over the revelation He gives you.
    3. Ask God to reveal things to you.
    4. Speaking in your heavenly language (in tongues), enables you to speak directly to God. (1 Corinthians 14:2).
    5. Praying in tongues releases the wisdom of God and unlocks the mysteries of His plan for your life (1 Corinthians 2:12).
      1. Every failure in life is a prayer failure.
      2. Your success is rooted in knowing His voice.
      3. The ability to recognize His voice can be cultivated through praying in tongues.
      4. Situations and circumstances change when you pray.
    6. There is no new thing under the sun (Ecclesiastes 1:9).
      1. God wants to show you what He will bring to pass before it happens (Isaiah 48:3).
      2. He declared the end at the beginning (Isaiah 46:10). In other words, He already knows the plan for your life and despite your circumstances, you
have a great future in store.
