Summary:

Joy and happiness are two different things. Joy comes from what you know from God’s Word. When you go through trials, remind yourself of what

God’s Word says. By remaining connected to the Word in the midst of
hard times, the joy of the Lord will keep you strong and enable you to
be victorious.

    1. Understanding equips you with power.
    2. Knowing God's Word will allow you to rise above the pressure of trials.
    3. When you get Jesus' words, you will get His joy (John 15:7-11).

  2. Count it all joy in the midst of hard times (James 1:2-4).

      4. You will come out of the situation complete, perfect and wanting nothing.
      5. When you endure tests and trials, you are blessed (James 1:12).
        1. When you go through hard times, it is because you are being approved by God for your next level.
      6. Welcome the fight of faith.
    4. Jesus endured the cross for the joy set before Him. He could see you being raised from sin (Hebrews 12:1-3).
    5. Don't become weary.
