Summary:
As a Believer, you will be persecuted. However, when you endure
persecution, you will receive a reward in Heaven. God declares you are
blessed when you are persecuted. Choose to obey God’s Word in the midst
of persecution and endure it as a good soldier.
- You must learn to endure hardship like a good soldier (2 Timothy 2:2, 3).
- Sometimes God will lead you into battles.
- Whether the battle is hard or not is not the issue. Endure hardship and outlast it.
- Going through hardships does not necessarily mean you are out of the will of God.
- God did not call you to persecution, but He did call you to endure and outlast it.
- When persecution shows up, endure it as a first-class soldier of Jesus Christ.
- Sometimes God will lead you into battles.
- God calls you blessed when you are persecuted (Matthew 5:11, 12).
- The Word tells us to rejoice and be exceedingly glad when we are persecuted.
- If you choose to obey God in the midst of pressure, you will be empowered to prosper and your reward will be great.
- Go through the course to get the reward.
- The prophets of old were also persecuted.
- Persecution comes to steal the Word of God, which you have received (Mark 4:16, 17).
- Satan attacks people who are a threat to him.
- There are those who only endure for a time, but when affliction and persecution come, they become offended.
- Offense will cut you off from the promises of God.
- When you endure, you become proof to others that the Word works.
- Persecution tries to steal your confidence.
- Jesus was persecuted, and we will be also (John 15:20).
- Persecution is supposed to happen.
- You will be persecuted, even when you do everything right.
- In the midst of persecution, recognize that not even persecution can separate you from the love of Christ (Romans 8:35).
- Always maintain confidence in God’s love for you.
- Remember you are more than a conqueror and have the victory (Romans 8:36, 37).
- The anointing for conquest is gained through Jesus.
- Get rid of self doubt.
- You are the righteousness of God through the blood of Jesus.
- You are loved in the midst of persecution.
- Bless those who curse you (Romans 12:14).
- You can bless or curse people with words.
- To “bless” is to say something good. To “curse” is to say something negative.
- When someone says something bad about you, say something good about them.
- Do not try to execute vengeance on anyone. Allow God to repay you.
- Employ patience and remain the same through hardship and persecution (2 Thessalonians 1:4).
- It is a righteous thing with God, to trouble them that trouble you (2 Thessalonians 5, 6).
- Your job is to act in love.
- God will defend you.
- You can bless or curse people with words.
